We respect your privacy and we believe that you as one of our users are more concerned about this than the average computer user.
This site does not store any cookies in your browser. The blog, which is hosted by Google, may store some cookies which you are welcome to block.
Axantum does not store any personal data about you as a user.
All of the Xecrets suite of software are entirely zero-knowledge by design. No personal information, much less passwords or keys, ever leaves your personal devices with the exception of the email address used to generate or fetch licenses if you trial or purchase software. For credit-card free trials, the email address does not need to be real. We do not store the email address after generating or fetching the license.
When you make a purchase, some personal data may be stored by the payment provider, including a working email address, which is also present in the license stored there. Please see their privacy policy for details of how they process and store your data.
During installation of some older legacy versions of AxCrypt 1.x for older versions of Windows you are asked for an email address and your notification preferences. This is obsolete and you will not receive any notifications, and you can easily skip it. Xecrets File Classic 1.x does not ask for anything.
